Office Printing Facts

Printing is an essential feature across all Office applications, providing a wide array of options to ensure documents, spreadsheets, and presentations are physically accessible in the desired format. In Microsoft Word, the backstage view introduces various print options that cater to diverse needs. Users can select from multiple printers, specify the page range for selective printing, and choose between single or double-sided printing. Additionally, Word offers the ability to print documents in either portrait or landscape orientation, adjust the paper size and margins, and even print multiple pages on a single sheet of paper to conserve resources.

  5. Hey Kiet, funny story about printing mishaps! Last week, I was in a rush to print my paper, despite setting everything up correctly, nothing came out to the printer. I was so pissed that I've been hitting the print over and over again and nothing came out. I checked if there are any pending documents - none. So frustrated, when I heard someone shout at me! hey, you have tons of printed documents here. I realized I was using the wrong printer connected to my computer. Sure enough, when I checked another printer in the house, my documents were waiting there 😂.
